How do I get the card?

  1. Gather your documents
    • Identity card or passport
    • Registration certificate
    • Proof of income or pension statement
  2. Come to the office during card hours

    Mathildenstraße 38, 90762 Fürth – Tuesdays 09:30 to 11:30 or Fridays 13:30 to 15:30.

  3. Receive your card

    Once need has been demonstrated, the customer card is issued or renewed on the spot. With it you can collect food once a week at one of our distribution points for a small contribution towards costs.
