Food is only handed out to people who hold a food bank ID card (Berechtigungsausweis). We are happy to answer questions about the card on Tuesdays from 09:30 to 11:30 (applications accepted until 11:15) and on Fridays from 13:30 to 15:30 (applications accepted until 15:15) at Mathildenstraße 38. Cards are also issued or renewed only there and only at these times.
The distribution points are closed on public holidays. We will let you know in good time here and at the individual distribution points about opening and distribution times when our team is on holiday and before and on public holidays (for example Christmas, Easter or Corpus Christi). Unfortunately, in such cases it is not always possible for our customers to go to another distribution point.
